A holistic health coach treats you as a whole person. 


All three are closely connected and it is counterintuitive to treat them separately.


I believe there's no such thing as a one size fits all solution.


I also believe that eating a whole foods diet is important. I am very passionate about holistic health and I believe it's a partnership with my clients. You are part of the design process. My goal is to support you, guide you, advise you, and be your biggest cheerleader. 

One on One Health Coaching

  • Understand what your cravings are telling you & find healthy alternatives

  • Learn to prioritize yourself and your needs

  • Food is medicine & it has the capacity to heal

One on One Coaching is completely customizable & includes but is not limited to:

  • Initial 1-hour consultation 

  • Set goals and make a plan of action

  • Two 60 minute sessions per month

  • Ongoing email support & resources

  • Suggested meal plans, recipes, shopping lists

  • Helpful handouts

  • My personal commitment to you & your success
